High Mountain Green Oolong

Harvested from the misty mountain peak, where low temperatures and gradual leaf development enable the plant to concentrate amino acids and cultivate intensified aromatic compounds. Through a gentle oxidation and roasting process, the resulting green liquor is rich yet bright upon brewing.
